Luxury Spring/Summer 2023 Trends for Everyone

Posted by Editorial Team on 8th Mar 2023

As the Autumn/Winter season draws to a close, many fashionistas can’t help but turn their attention towards what styles are going to be dominating Spring and Summer 2023. Thankfully, all signs point to ‘luxury for everyday’ making an appearance in both Paris Fashion Week as well as London Fashion Week – with designers pushing boundaries further than ever before!

As the sun set on Paris Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2023, a new wave of everyday luxury emerged. From high-end designer looks to more affordable fashions inspired by what we saw at London Fashion Week (LFW), fashionistas everywhere are excited to see S/S2023’s top styles hit stores and closets around the world.

The catwalk showcased luxurious pieces that were both beautiful and stylish - but also incredibly practical too! Oversized coats in vibrant colours or textures that can be layered over any outfit; wide leg trousers paired with crisp shirts; classic little black dresses accessorized with bold jewellery – there was something for everyone this season. In terms of materials, lightweight linen dominated alongside sustainable fabrics like hemp, as well as upcycled materials from denim jackets to faux fur scarves made from recycled textiles – all perfect options when looking for an effortless yet statement piece!

One of the most exciting trends that is already being seen on catwalks around Europe is an increase in luxury items made from sustainable materials. This revolutionary approach has resulted in designer collections more affordable than ever without sacrificing quality or style. From recycled denim dresses created by Stella McCartney to vibrant puffer jackets crafted using organic cotton: it seems like sustainability will be at the forefront of design during SS2023!

Many of the looks featured striking silhouettes that accentuated curves in all the right places. Dresses were also a major focus for the year gone at various fashion weeks, with designers experimenting with textures, materials, and shapes to create unique styles that complemented each other perfectly.

One popular look was asymmetrical necklines on long sleeve dresses accented by ruffles or draping fabrics – perfect for those looking to make a statement without sacrificing comfort. Midi skirts were another big trend among attendees at London Fashion Week 2022; these could be found in bright prints or subtle pastels depending on your style preferences! Finally we witnessed an emergence of two-piece sets featuring different lengths paired together like mini skirt + maxi top combos - ideal if you want something stylish yet versatile enough to wear day and night!

The bold use of colour was also evident throughout shows such as Dior and Versace during PFW; with hues ranging from fiery reds through to stunning blues taking centre stage for S/S2023 looks. Whether you opt for statement pieces featuring bright colours or choose subtle silhouettes adorned with hints of colour – one thing remains certain: when it comes time pick out your new wardrobe staples - don't forget about those pops of vibrancy!

For those wishing for higher end items without breaking the bank then investing in some quality basics is key this spring summer season: think good quality boyfriend jeans with turtlenecks and fine knit jumpers which will last you years rather than months. Luxury doesn't have to mean expensive after all! Also look out for details such as subtle branded motifs embroidered onto clothing or bags, these offer a touch of sophistication while still being relatively affordable compared to their designer counterparts. Investing in timeless accessories like cross body bags or unisex watches make great finishing touches too if your budget won't stretch far enough just yet.... luckily S/S 2023 has plenty of daywear inspiration available so even shoppers on limited budgets can find simple luxury pieces they love within their price range!

Another trend setters should keep their eye on over spring-summer 2023 are accessories galore; think chunky belt bags complete with gold chains hanging off them à la Prada, not forgetting oversized sun hats (as showcased by Valentino) too! It seems there won't just been emphasis placed upon outerwear either - intricate jewellery designs (Alexandre Vauthier), espadrilles made up entirely sequins (Gucci) and even fun patterns printed onto shirts were spotted all down LFW's runways last week - which means only one thing...time start thinking about how these luxurious items will soon fit into our daily lives come summertime next year!
