UK Delivery Options
Standard UK Delivery, 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am - 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). £3.95
Free standard delivery on orders £60+
You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour". However Kaameez are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Royal Mail for all of our parcels now. They have a fantastic reputation for delivering on time and every parcel can be tracked should there be any problems.
When your order is dispatched from our UK Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Account.
The cleaning in our warehouses has been intensified, with our teams requested to regularly sanitize their hands and to maintain distance when working with others. We are also following all relevant official advice and guidance.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
We ship to you on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout.
Delivery Processing Time
Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We'll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period, excluding Saturday and Sunday, where your items will be processed and dispatched.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.
As we’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
