Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Royal Mail for all of our parcels now. They have a fantastic reputation for delivering on time and every parcel can be tracked should there be any problems.
When your order is dispatched from our UK Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively, you can track parcels within My Account.
Delivery Processing Time
Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We'll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period, excluding Saturday and Sunday, where your items will be processed and dispatched.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.
As we’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
We deliver to:
|up to 14 working days
International deliveries will be made by UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
Customs Duties and Charges
All international deliveries are exported from the UK and therefore you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Countries outside the UK are also liable for the cost of postage when making a return.
