Feathered Fashion Soars to New Heights for Spring 2024

Feathers add edgy glamour and flamboyance to an outfit. We've been working hard to find you the trends for Spring 2024, and here's one you can add to the list: feathers!! Yes, beautiful feathers will adorn trendy outfits in the coming seasons.

Black Mesh style skirts where covered with feathers giving off a chic and glamorous look at the resort Chanel 2024 show. Expect to see feathers on mesh fabrics, which work really well together. 

Design house Giambattista Valli showcased a couple of trousers with the lower half of the legs covered with feathers with metallic garments and tailored shiny satin attire for A/W 2023. 

The feathers gave off a charm of elegance and delicate beauty, creating vibes of a laid back femininity and opulence especially with colours like pastel pink reminiscent of the 1920's. Designer Christian Siriano, Arlington and N21 showcased a lovely feather dress each similar to that era as seen below.

Feathers first came on the fashion scene in the 1920s and this is where feathers reigned supreme!

Expect to see feathers being used to trim just about every casual item this coming season, from charming cardigans cuffs and collars to sweatshirt sleeves, trendy wide leg denims, along with feather adorned blazers and feather tops which were all over the runways and street style stars at A/W fashion week 2023.
